The ball can be used by all sizes.
The treats are fixed inside and between the grooves on the ball, after which the dog can spend between 10-30 minutes getting all the treats out of the grooves (depending on how skilled your dog is at this).
We recommend using a medium sized treat for the ball. If the treats are too small, it will be too easy for your dog to get the treats free.
